For more than a decade, Micro Square has been successfully developing and manufacturing UV LED curing and irradiation equipment. From the beginning, many of their products have fallen into the black light range, but it wasn’t until about 5 years ago that we began retailing machines specifically for black light inspection usage.

Additional Features and Suggestions

Some useful features that can be set for each irradiator are light controls, a disconnection detection alarm, a temperature abnormality alarm (and forced shutoff), cumulative operating time (LED replacement time) function, and more. These can be set in advance as needed - for example, they can be set to turn off automatically at a specific time. 

If the inspection target is large, we recommend a dedicated power supply that can control multiple irradiators simultaneously. Our unique configuration enhances the safety, security, and quality of inspection.
