Line UV LED Irradiators for UV Curing Systems

Line UV LED illuminators are generally mounted in a above a conveyor - samples pass through the light, curing in the process. But these illuminators are also occasionally used for other purposed - for example, mounted on a handheld roller device, they could be used to cure building materials and UV coatings, even outdoors.

Our cutting edge wide-beam LED lens technology, coupled with our LED dense-mount tech, creates powerful, wide-beam illumination. This increases the exposure area, thus increasing curing speeds and conveyor speeds.

 UVWX - Customizable, Water-Cooled, High-Illuminance

UVWX 50mm units are high irradiance (up to 23W/cm2) and designed to be “stacked” together to achieve as large a work area or irradiance strength as desired.

Our cutting edge, high-density LED boards and lens technologies also maximize the area of illumination. Maximizing this area of exposure maximizes the cumulative or integrated irradiance of these lights, meaning your conveyors can move faster.

Our irradiators. Combining dense LED arrays and our lens technology, we can increase the area of irradiance. This increases the integrated intensity of the light, allowing you to boost conveyor speeds and cut production times.

Additionally, our lights are designed to be easily serviceable on-site and in-house, with no special training. Order new or keep a few LED replacement boards on hand, and you’ll have minimal down-times.

UVWX-A 200x10 Air Cooled UV LED

The air cooled version of our UVWX is a powerful irradiator that can easily operate without the added complexity of a liquid cooling system. This makes it compact and easy to implement.
