RETURN POLICY

In case you are dissatisfied with the items you ordered, you may return such item for a prompt refund or exchange.

First, you must notify to us within 5 days that goods have been received. Then we will submit a Return of Material Authorization “RMA” You will have up to 30 days to return items ordered back.

In case a physical damage or malfunction, customer must provide with detail evidence such photos by email.

Shipping arrangements and expenses for returns must be made and covered by customer.

Unless the return item is a result of our error or defective one.

Returns must be in manufacturer’s original packaging, in saleable condition with it’s manuals and accessories. There might be a restocking fee if the item was a special order.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS

Shipments to countries outside of the North America area (Canada, USA, Mexico) are subject to special requirements and regulations due to customs. Customer must contact us via written email with details of your company address and Tax I.D.

International custom fees, duties and taxes are responsibility of the recipient.

WARRANTY POLICY

All warranties are manufacturer warranty. Seller shall not be liable for any injury, loss or damage direct or inconsequential, arising out the use of the product. Warranties by the manufacturer are the sole responsibility of the provider.
