Achieving up-to 23W/cm2 of irradiance, the UVWX is a powerful unit allowing for high-speed production. These long-lifespan LED units are engineered to be easily serviced in-house to keep production lines running and maintenance cost low. Combine units to cover large areas. Popular for automobile production; curing rubber, gaskets, and waterproof silicone; curing protective substrates; and highspeed printing.
One of our most versatile irradiators and designed for portability, the UVA45x90 can be used both by hand and stationary.
The UVA50D is one of our best-selling UV LED irradiators, with exceptionally high uniformity across a 50mm diameter work area, and a steady 700mW/cm2 of illuminance.
One of our smaller UV LEDS, the UVX50x30 offers a 50x30mm cure window and 3W/cm2 of irradiance. It’s easily mounted to a stand for small lab or automation applications.
The UVA50x50 UV Led are often used for precision optics and lens adhesion. We offer lower and higher powered models, ranging from 10-20mm work distance and 210-700 mW/cm2 of irradiance.
The UVA80D offers 500mW/cm2 of irradiance in a 80mm-diameter area. It’s most offten used in adhesive curing of medical equipment
The UVA100x100 UV LED offers 100x100mm of work area, at a 10mm working distance, and 50mW/cm2 of irradiance. Its most popular application is UV curable silicone for optics.
The UVA160x160 UV LED offers 160x160mm of work area, at a 10mm working distance, and a powerful 1000mW/cm2 of irradiance. It was developed for curing precision instruments parts.
The UVA135x210 UV LED offers 135x210mm of work area, at a 10mm working distance, and a powerful 2W/cm2 of irradiance. It was developed for curing UV silicone for automobiles.
The UVA320x400 was designed for dry-curing inks and printed materials. It offers a reliable 150mW/cm2 of irradiance in a 320x400mm work area.
Powerful, compact, and air-cooled, the UVA100D UV LED light offers 100mW/cm2 of irradiance in a 100mm-diameter work window.
The UVA140x90 is a powerful stationary area irradiator with a large irradiation range, well suited for many applications.
Additional Information and Applications
With a variety of strengths, we can craft and modify our UV LED light systems to match your applications. And with extremely high-strength illuminators, we can achieve impressive production times.
Application wise, these illuminators often are attached to robotic arms, stationary workstations, portable work stands, or handheld equipment.
Example 1: If you’re curing both the front and back of a sample, a robot arm could hold one side of your sample in front of a stationary light for some time before rotating the object to expose the opposite side.
Common applications include adhesion of optical parts, curing of gaskets, curing of UV curable rubber, curing of car part waterproof rubber, inspection of ICs and PCBs, curing of tape for wafers and curing of waterproofing building materials.
