A Powerful UV LED packing up to 23W/cm2 with our unique, wide-band lenses for faster curing and production speeds.
Easily customized to cover any area or integrate into any work cell via PLC controller.
Easily serviced in-house, keeping your maintenance costs AND production line downtime LOW.
Efficient water cooling for superior LED lifespan
Ideal for Fast UV Adhesive/Epoxy Curing in Automotive Manufacturing
This unit is ideal for high-speed UV printing and curing on any scale. With the ability to “stack” and combine multiple units, you can customize your design to cover large areas and large work distances.
Our cutting edge, high-density LED boards and lens technologies maximize the area of illumination. Maximizing this area of exposure maximizes the cumulative (or integrated) irradiance of these lights, meaning your conveyors can move faster.
This UV LED curing light can be easily attached to a robot in order to cure irregular lines of UV-curable material, or implemented in any production line for high-speed and/or small space production.
Common Applications -
Curing waterproof silicone of building materials
Printing products such as golf balls
Curing protective film on a substrate
Curing gaskets and rubbers
Automobile production
It easily achieves a minimum of 10W/cm2 with a single unit. But to understand the power and flexibility, consider this. Combining 4 1UNITS creates a 4UNIT, which can irradiate a 70 x 40mm area at 2W/cm 2 at a distance of 100mm . That’s powerful.
