Our High-Precision Reflow Soldering Hot Plate Developed Specially for Rework

The HT-1420 is an easy-to-use, high-precision hot plate developed for pre-heated or reflow soldering of SMT PC boards, and can be used in QFP, BGA repair work etc. Model HT-1420 is hot plate designed especially for rework. It also allows partial heating. Provided with the positioning, the laser pointer enables easy setting of parts, which are to be mounted or dismounted, on the hot plate.
